Noah Cyrus was seen behind the wheel in Los Angeles, chauffeuring her older sister Miley around town, even though she had just gotten her driver’s permit. It was unclear if there was an adult supervisor present in the car with them. At just 15 and a half years old, Noah is required to have an adult driver with her whenever she is driving.

Before turning 16 and passing her driving test, the aspiring pop star must be accompanied by a driver who is at least 25 years old, capable of taking over control if needed, as per DMV regulations.
Despite being 22 years old, Miley does not meet the criteria for an adult driver under the law. Even if there was an older adult present in the vehicle – which did not appear to be the case – they should have been seated in the passenger seat, not Miley.
Ironically, the singer herself inadvertently revealed her sister’s potential violation of the law. Miley proudly shared photos of Noah behind the wheel after she passed her written test and obtained a provisional permit.
